Celebrate Scratch Day 2013 w/ Assemble, Carnegie Museum of Art, and The Labs @ CLP (1-4 pm, 5/18 at CLP-Main, Teen Dept.)

Posted 1 year ago by Corey Wittig

Come out to The Labs for Scratch Day 2013! The Labs @ CLP (carnegielibrary.org/thelabs) is Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's new learning lab for teens in grades 6-12.

For Scratch Day 2013, we're teaming up with Assemble (assemblepgh.org/) and Carnegie Museum of Art (web.cmoa.org/) to provide some great Scratch Day activities:

- Learn Scratch from Scratch Cat (whether you're a beginner or a pro, Scratch Cat will be on-hand to teach you something new)

- Join The Labs in creating a Stuffed Cat with LED Eyes!

- Already created something in Scratch? Stop by and share it on the big screen!

If you don't know, Scratch Day is a worldwide network of gatherings, where people come together to meet other Scratchers, share projects and experiences, and learn more about Scratch.
