Scratch Day is a global celebration of Scratch!

This year the Scratch Team is organizing online Scratch activities throughout the month of May. We hope you'll join us to celebrate virtually!

In light of the uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19, most organizations will not be hosting in-person events in May 2020.

Scratch Days come in all shapes and sizes.

Stay tuned for more information about how to participate in our online activites!

Want To Host A Scratch Day?

Remember you can host a Scratch Day any day of the year, not just in May.

To help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we advise anyone planning to host or attend an in-person Scratch Day event to carefully consider policies and guidelines set by public health authorities in your area.

About Scratch Day

Scratch Day started as a global network of events where people gather to celebrate Scratch, the free coding platform and online community for kids. Scratch Day events bring together young people from the Scratch community to share projects, learn from each other, and welcome newcomers.
